How it works
When a customer submits a form to request a bus booking, we notify you a new trip has been requested.
You then login to your admin interface and can assign an available bus and driver to the trip.
When you do so, we optionally notify your driver via text, phone or email that they have a new trip and they can respond right away if they are available.
Once a bus and driver are arranged for a trip, we notify the customer their trip has been arranged!
If any trip details change, we automatically notify the necessary people.
